Dr. Goyal has studied his basic education from S.S. Kali Badi H.S. School, Raipur and cleared All India Pre Medical / Pre Dental Entrance in the year 2000 and selected for Tamil Nadu Govt. Dental College/M.D.C. (Chennai), maintained the academic carrier as University topper and held honors and Gold medals in various subjects & after having experience till 2007 securing 1st Rank in All India Medical / Dental Post Graduate Entrance examination Held by AIIMS, NEW DELHI in the year 2007 and became the First Dentist from Chhattissgarh as a Topper in this Prestigious examination of doctors in this behalf Doctor Goyal was greeted by Honorable Chief minister Dr. Raman Singh. & opted the Most prestigious and internationally recognized King George Medical College.
